The objective of our quality assurance operation is not only to ensure supplying the right castings to customers at the most favorable costs but also to urge the entire work team to pursue continuous improvement  in order to retain our competitive position in the worldwide market.

Apart from the management procedure audit required to be taken every 3 months, our 2-day system review conference held twice a year is respected as an important program for fostering the work relationship where our employees can enjoy their work effectiveness, experiences, realization of responsibility. We are convinced that the best way for continuous improvement is to have a routine review program.

TO PREVENT THE POTENTIAL FAILURE BY MIS/ERP

Inspections and tests are the methods to ensure good quality of castings before shipment. Our engineers also apply SPC control methods for the preventions of non-conformance. A trouble shooting notice must be issued to our engineering department for improvement when the results from production inspection data are not acceptable.

To optimize our quality  system, our routine work procedures  are onlined to our MIS/ERP computer management system  to prevent the potential failure.
