To apply SPC techniques to machining the high precision part is the most effective and economic quality control method. WEKO started in September, 1999 the program of  "machining process development system", 40% sponsored by our government authority. This system can promote WEKO work team continuously the design  techniques of CAD, machining jig  fixtures, machining process machining tool management, FMEA & SPC method. WEKO PURSUES  its core competence for providing the complete service.

All engineering data and control points are well written on a "PART ID CARD " which must be approved by our process engineer in conjunction with the manufacturing  engineer and quality engineer. When a new "PART ID CARD" is established or the corrective actions are determined, a meeting is arranged if necessary for communicating with the engaged persons.
This "PART ID CARD " is the basic quality operation for production and the basic data for our MIS computer system.

It is our routine determination to find better production  methods by means of our specific "trouble shooting notice " and monthly "quality meeting "issued by our QA department. Our continuous investigation  into the causes of our manufacturing problems and customer's complain  is  our gateway to quality stability and manufacturing cost reduction .

To enhance our employees work skills and knowledge, we plan training courses  through the whole year. Occasionally, we also send the engaged persons  outside for the special courses.
