During manufacturing, QUALITY CONTROL begins from mold 
inspection, wax pattern inspection, dipping process control, 
material & melting process control, melt no. control, casting 
surface & dimensional inspection up to heat treatment. The 
castings are handled, without mixing and 100% pass through 
our initial visual inspection stage. The material of every melt 
must be analyzed by our own spectrometer before this stage 
to make sure all chemical elements are compatible with 
specifications. The traceable manufacturing data are 
maintained for a period of 12 months.

Our final visual & gauging inspection stage is the only gate for 
produced castings to pass through to the next stop of packing 
or secondly machining. Afterwards, a sampling inspection and 
measuring, as well as kinds of test reports, if required by orders 
are carried out by our QA staff to ensure all requirements of 
orders are fulfilled prior to shipment. Our inspection report is 
normally to be delivered with the shipment.
